When he passed out on stage, the 27-year-old was playing one of his songs. He then regained his strength, got to his feet, and resumed the act before passing away once more.

He passed away for an unknown reason at this time.

The epileptic disorder epilepsy, which affects the brain and results in seizures, is said to have affected Costa Tsobanoglou, also known as Costa Titch. Social media users have since been posting condolences, with EFF leader Julius Malema tweeting the late rapper’s name along with an emoji of a broken heart.

From Mbombela in Mpumalanga, he was a budding artist. More than 45 million people have viewed “Big Flexa,” his most popular song, on YouTube, and a remix with American musician Akon was just recently made available.
