Fatigue, bloating, mood fluctuations, cramps, and pain are prevalent during the menstrual cycle. It can cause other bodily aches and pains in addition to an irritable attitude and decreased productivity at work.

But, eating sensibly and healthfully can help you manage period pain.

Due to the minerals they contain, several foods are proven to calm the body and relieve it of excruciating period pain.

Make good food choices in your diet, including these items, to combat those intense wintertime cramps:
