Presidential and legislative primary nominations are now open through NDC.

In order to elect its presidential candidate and parliamentary candidates for the general elections of 2024, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) will begin accepting nominations as of today, February 22, 2023.

Through the party’s official website, www.ghanandc.com, all individuals will have access to and be able to purchase the nomination forms for parliamentary candidates.

Starting at 8 a.m. today, nomination forms for presidential candidates are available at the Office of the General Secretary at the party’s Adabraka, Accra headquarters.

The Functional Executive Committee of the party, according to a statement signed by Fifi Kwetey, the general secretary of the party, has however delayed the start of nominations for several constituencies’ parliamentary primary.

These constituents include;

1. Ayawaso Central

2. Amasaman

3. Afram Plains South

4. Akwatia

5. Efutu

6. Gomoa Central

7. Amenfi East

8. Evalue Gwira

9. Assin North

10. Pusiga

11. Tarkwa Nsuaem

12. Ayensuano

13. Adansi Asokwa

14. Offinso North

15. Ahafo Ano North

It said the Functional Executive Committee will in due course announce the date for the opening of nominations in the above Constituencies.
